This NHS funded service is for patients who are started on new medicines for certain conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma and COPD as well as those started on warfain
Our pharmacists will identify those patients to whom the service is available when new medicines are first collected from the shop.
Qualifying patients can then choose to enrol for the service which aims to provide support during the first few weeks of taking these medicines.
